What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist- Food Bank position at South Plains Rural Health Services?
The Food Pantry Receptionist primary responsibility is to assist the Pantry Manager with the day to day operations of the food Pantry. Occasional weekend work my be necessary.

- Stock shelves and unload products. Standing up and lift 50 pounds.
- Ensures patient confidentiality, and provides patients with needed information.
- Schedules appointments,, and maintains smooth patient flow throughout clinic.
- Collects and receives patient fees.
- Maintain positive and professional attitude toward other employees and staff.
- Greets patients and answers telephone in a courteous and professional manner, addresses questions and directs calls.
- Valid Driver's License required, employee will drive agency vehicle when required
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required
