- Performs clerical duties related to the provision of clinical services to patients including; greeting patients and families, schedule and verify appointments, and verify patients insurance.
- Making sure appointments are full
- Translating in the sessions; converting counselors' advice and diagnoses, written patient information, pharmacological instructions, and informational brochures into a second language (Spanish).
- Administering the LifeSpan Integrative Health Platform to Optical, Dental, and Medical patients.
- Document and update patient/client records based on interactions.
- High School Diploma or GED
- The ability to use current office machines including word processors
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
