Makes Complex calculations for the application of external beam treatments, determination of dosages, etc. Provides instruction in Radiation Safety to hospital personnel. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES MS degree in Medical Physics preferred; however, other appropriate physical science graduate degree accepted. Five years of clinical experience in clinical Radiation Therapy preferred. Experience in calibration of equipment, medical dosimetry calculation; operate QA/Radiation Safety Program preferred. Board eligible for ABR or ABMP; board certification required within 2 years of employment. Possess excellent Interpersonal relationship and communication Current healthcare provider CPR required.
