Detail your experience in performing preventative maintenance, maintenance, construction, tenant finish and remodel painting on a variety of surfaces.

- Worked in the painting trade doing maintenance/industrial painting
- By assignment some positions require Colorado Class "R" driver's license at time of application.
- DIA positions must be willing to work any shift, weekends, and holidays.
- DIA positions must be willing to work mandatory snow removal.
- By assignment, some positions may require possession of a valid Colorado Commercial Driver's license (CDL) "B" with appropriate endorsements supplemented by a good driving record prior to the end of the probationary period. Tanker endorsement required by end of probation. Any air brake restrictions (L) must be lifted before the end of the probationary period.
- License must be kept current as a condition of employment in some positions.
- Willing to work any shift, weekends, and holidays.

- FBI fingerprinting is required for DIA positions.
