- Oversee the daily operations of the firm, including administrative support
- Manage human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Develop and implement administrative systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Assist with the financial management of the firm, including budgeting and expense tracking
- Coordinate communication among staff and ensure a positive work environment
- Support legal staff by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing events
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in law firm management
- 3 years of experience in office administrative roles, preferably in a law firm
- Strong understanding of legal office operations and procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in office management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
