About Us:
We are a growing law firm in Boca Raton dedicated to providing high-quality legal services with professionalism and integrity. As our operations expand, we are seeking a full-time Accountant to manage our financial processes, ensure compliance, and provide accurate reporting to support the firm’s leadership.

Position Overview:
The Full-Time Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the firm, including billing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and trust account reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in legal or professional services accounting and possess a strong understanding of compliance with trust accounting regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including general ledger, billing, and expense tracking.

• Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.

• Reconcile client trust accounts in compliance with Florida Bar regulations.

• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.

• Ensure compliance with tax laws and assist with year-end audits.

• Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience (law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred).

• Familiarity with legal billing and trust accounting compliance.

• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Clio, or similar).

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with great attention to detail.

• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
