Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Paralegal based in Pembroke Pines, FL. The Paralegal will assist attorneys with legal document preparation, conduct in-depth legal research, review and organize case documents, and support attorneys in case management. The role requires maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with clients and legal teams, and ensuring that legal procedures are adhered to. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in successfully managing responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in legal support tasks, including Legal Document Preparation and Document Review.
- Strong research abilities and familiarity with legal research tools and databases.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of legal concepts, practices, and procedures relevant to personal injury, malpractice, and discrimination cases.
- Efficiency in time management and strong organizational skills.
- An associate’s degree or paralegal certification is preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant paralegal or legal assistant experience is beneficial.
