Job Responsibilities: Supervise other HR Shared Service staff, including hiring, onboarding, training and directing work, management of daily schedules and workload, and coverage during absences. This position will also serve as the initial point of contact for the Shared Service staff to answer questions, troubleshoot and resolve problems (EPAF, timekeeping/payroll issues) and serve as liaison between Assistant Director, HR Coordinator and the HR Shared Service staff and serve as point of contact for SPC and Budget staff, including collaboration on the development and testing of new or updated EPAFs.
