IT Support Assistant
Location: Foley, AL (Onsite)

What You'll Be Doing
- Set up and deploy laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment
- Install and configure Microsoft 365, security software, and standard business applications
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, email, password resets, and MFA
- Troubleshoot basic computer and network issues and escalate complex problems when needed
- Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and equipment assignments
- Prepare, package, ship, and receive IT equipment for employees and field locations
- Create and update user guides, setup instructions, and support documentation
- Coordinate equipment orders, returns, and warranty claims with vendors
- Keep accurate records of support requests and daily activities
What We're Looking For
- Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPNs, IP addresses)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the IT Manager
- Experience with inventory management or ticketing systems is a plus
- Previous help desk or IT support experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate
Work Environment
- Full-time, onsite in our Foley, Alabama office
- Occasional lifting and moving of computers, monitors, and other equipment (up to 30 lbs.)
- Combination of desk work and hands-on equipment setup
