Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Coordinator for our Covington County Adult Rehab Day Program to join our team. In this role, you will provide leadership and direct care to support individuals through person-centered, recovery-oriented treatment.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Master's degree (MS) in psychology, social work, counseling, or another behavioral health area plus two years post Masters experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct mental health services to consumers.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Supervise daily operations of the Rehabilitative Day Program
  • Provide individual and group therapy services
  • Oversee admissions, assessments, and treatment planning
  • Ensure services meet CCBHC standards (trauma-informed, integrated care)
  • Coordinate care with internal teams and community partners
  • Supervise staff and support clinical development
  • Monitor documentation, outcomes, and compliance

ALL candidates must be able to type and have basic computer skills, possess a valid driver’s license, eligibility for coverage under center liability insurance and individually held vehicle liability insurance with a clear background check.
