The Role
We’re looking for a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers and play a key role in building our sales pipeline. What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify inbound leads and nurture them through the early stages of the sales cycle.
- Clearly articulate the value of our SaaS product and how it addresses customer pain points.
- Research and identify target accounts, decision-makers, and business opportunities within our ICP.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to optimize pipeline growth.
- Maintain accurate data in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly activity metrics (calls, emails, demos booked, etc.).
- 1–2 years of SDR/BDR experience in a SaaS environment (required).
- Proven success hitting or exceeding outbound prospecting and meeting-setting targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience using sales tools such as HubSpot.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
