What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attorney (Venture Capital) position at SourcePro Search?
SourcePro Search is conducting a search for an Associate with Venture Capital Fund experience, for a Prestigious Global Practice.
Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience drafting and negotiating documents in connection with the formation of U.S. and/or international investment funds and their respective management entities, including partnership agreements, limited liability company operating agreements, subscription agreements, transfer/assignment and assumption agreements, and private placement memoranda and related fund marketing materials.
Candidates should also have substantive knowledge of and experience working with the domestic and international laws and regulations applicable to such entities highly desired.
Large firm experience and excellent academic experience are a must.
