SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of M&A and Private Equity experience with our client, a top ranked global law firm.
The successful candidate will have experience representing leading private equity funds, their portfolio companies and public companies in a full range of corporate transactions.
Experience with recapitalizations, leveraged financings, restructurings, and reorganizations is preferred.
The ideal candidate has excellent academics and large firm experience.
