Planner, External Supply (Contract) – Global Pharmaceutical Company

I'm recruiting for a Planner, External Supply opportunity supporting a leading global pharmaceutical company in Titusville, NJ.

We're looking for supply chain professionals with experience in planning, SAP, and inventory management who thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

What You'll Do:

• Manage external supply planning and material planning activities

• Create and maintain Purchase Orders and SAP transactions

• Balance inventory, customer demand, and production requirements

• Monitor inventory levels, OTIF, SLOB, stock availability, and supplier performance

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, QA/QC, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, IT, and external manufacturing partners

• Support S&OP, product launches, demand planning, and continuous process improvement

• Resolve day-to-day supply issues while maintaining continuity of supply

• Analyze demand trends and optimize inventory planning

Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred)

✔ 4 years of Supply Chain Planning, Operations, or related experience

✔ Strong SAP and Microsoft Excel skills

✔ Experience with inventory planning, material planning, purchasing, or supply planning

✔ Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Master Production Scheduling (MPS)

• Inventory & Supply Chain Management

• S&OP experience

• APO, OMP, or other planning systems

• Pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry experience

• APICS or Lean certification

Details:

• 12-month W2 contract

• 100% onsite in Titusville, NJ

• $33.57/hour W2

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Green Card holder)
