As a Manufacturing Technician, y
ou'll:Assemble, test, and validate electronic hardware ranging from engineering prototypes to low-volume production builds. Support engineers during new product development by providing feedback on manufacturability and assembly processes. Assist in developing alternative assembly techniques and process improvements to resolve manufacturing challenges. Perform quality inspections, including serving as a quality delegate to inspect work completed by other technicians. Perform final product testing in accordance with documented proce
dures.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following established manufacturing processes. Accurately document work and communicate assembly or quality issues to engineering teams. Work independently on routine assignments while collaborating effectively with cross-functional
teams.

ER OF ROLEKey Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 4 to 6 yrs. experience in electro-mechanical assembly Technical training, such as soldering, trade school, or OJT classes (preferred). Ability to read technical documents and drawings. Working knowledge of Google Suit including, Docs, Sheets, and Slides, experience using a computer for entering data, and using the internet Ability to communicate effectively in English Proficient using standard assembly tools: cutters, crimpers, soldering irons, pin insertion/removal tools, and torque tools Hands-on lab experience such as soldering, power supplies, signal generators, oscilloscopes. Proficient verbal and written English language skills and prior experience working with product development teams in a low volume manufacturing setting.
