Source One Technical Solutions is seeking a Process Engineer Analyst to support a global leader in medical technology in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
This hybrid role is ideal for someone with strong analytical, project coordination, and process improvement experience who enjoys working across engineering, supply chain, quality, and service organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage spare parts inventory and tooling operations
- Coordinate tool calibration and ensure field engineers have required equipment
- Process ordering, shipping, and tracking of engineering tools
- Prepare monthly project presentations and facilitate recurring project review meetings
- Maintain reporting consistency and support project tracking
- Coordinate engineering change activities using Windchill
- Support continuous process improvement and operational readiness initiatives
- Collaborate with Service, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering teams
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in an analytical, reporting, or process-focused role
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Project management experience
- Experience with PLM systems
- Experience using Windchill
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management
- Power BI experience
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 remote)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Pay: Up to $73.53/hour W2
Duration: 12-month contract
