Coffee Services Specialist- Golden/Source Main
Job Description:
Source Office & Technology has an excellent opportunity for a Coffee Service Specialist to perform service, installation, product inventories, product deliveries and equipment maintenance to customer base. Coffee Specialist is responsible for customer relationships, service call closure and specific documentation of work assignments and time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Services and installs specified coffee and beverage dispensing equipment in Colorado Front Range.
- Performs scheduled and unscheduled service activities including emergency service calls, Preventative Maintenance, periodic cleanings, surveys and installations.
- Maintains inventory of client product levels and submits orders to customer service.
- Delivers products to customer including rotating and merchandising to specific stock areas.
- Responsible for all documentation and activity verification required by the company including call closure procedures, completeness of invoice and customer signature of all required documents
- Provide route relief as needed for all coffee routes.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must follow all company safety mandates and policies.
- Great customer service skills and dedication to exceeding all customer expectations.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to problem solve equipment issues
Compensation:
- $20.00 – $23.00 per hour range
- Standard benefits in accordance with Source’s benefit plan
- Position is eligible for Paid Time Off
