What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with local owners who provide ongoing support and guidance
• Lead day-to-day store operations
• Onboard and train new team members
• Coach and develop staff to improve performance and retention
• Maintain a high-energy, positive team culture
• Ensure exceptional customer service, product quality, and speed of service
• Manage scheduling based on sales, labor targets, and staffing needs
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control (COGS)
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and full health code compliance
• Handle cash management, deposits, and basic reporting

Schedule & Availability

• Full-time (30–32 hours/week)
• Must have flexible availability
• Willing to work at least 1 weekend day per week
• Closing shifts regularly
• Holidays as needed
• Must be reachable for operational needs (in coordination with ownership)
