Source Office & Technology is currently seeking a friendly and ambitious individual who be responsible for a variety of tasks focused in the areas of customer service and sales support.
Key responsibilities:
- Taking incoming calls, chats, and emails from both Customers and Sales Team
- Accurately placing orders and offering product substitutes as needed
- Process orders, returns, and researching alternative products
- Complete follow up and creative problem resolution
- Courteous communication with customers and sales team.
- Flexibility between multiple systems
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year Customer Service-related experience
- Ability to work with Microsoft office suite – Word, Excel
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Meticulous with strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- Candidate must submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
- Able to work the hours of 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, and occasional over-time
Compensation:
- Hourly Range of $18.00 - $23.00
- Standard benefits in accordance with TSRC, Inc., benefit plan
- Eligible for Paid Time Off and paid holidays
