Job Summary

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling office supplies, furniture, technology products, and related services to businesses and organizations. This role involves prospecting new clients, maintaining existing accounts, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts
  • Conduct client needs assessments and recommend appropriate office product solutions
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotes, and proposals
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across office supplies, furniture, and workplace technology
  • Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, customer service) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM software

Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (office products or similar industry a plus)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
