In This Role, You Will
The estimated salary for this position is $155,000 - $195,000 plus equity. In addition to salary and equity, you will receive comprehensive healthcare, paid time off, and other benefits. In This Role, You Will
- Drive innovation by experimenting with new methodologies and harnessing the power of LLMs to develop groundbreaking features for our AI assistants
- Lead ideas from concept to reality—crafting prototypes, engineering robust code, and ensuring impactful deployment
- Collaborate closely with visionary engineers, product managers, technical program managers, and other key stakeholders across North America and Europe
- Tackle real business and user challenges from various industries—then architect scalable, generalized solutions that will shape the foundation of our AI systems
- You have at least 8 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or relevant field, or at least 6 years of professional experience with a Master’s degree.
- You have deep expertise in AI/ML or a closely related discipline, with a proven record of delivering impactful solutions.
- You bring hands-on experience with a variety of agentic frameworks and techniques such as LangGraph, RAG, DSPy, and BAML in implementing AI-driven systems within diverse, global teams.
- You thrive as an independent, proactive contributor, driving initiatives forward and exceeding goals with minimal supervision.
- You are passionate about mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and uplifting your teammates.
