You will work closely with the sales team to design solutions for ad-serving platforms that enable customers to stream, track, and monetize content online. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer and business needs to develop strategic, cost-effective technical solutions.
- Participate in product release cycles, including requirements gathering, design validation, and user acceptance testing.
- Support sales teams with product modifications and engineering expertise for custom projects.
- Architect solutions during presales by translating business requirements into technical designs.
- Create and execute product test plans; document progress and report results.
- Provide timely technical support and resolve field service inquiries.
- Assist customers in evaluating and selecting products.
- Maintain flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years in a technical or solutions-focused role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (required)
- Experience with SQL Server (preferred)
- Familiarity with Zendesk (preferred)
Salary : $72,422 - $124,152
