A leading insurance and financial services organization is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to design and deliver AI-powered enterprise applications, automation workflows, and cloud-native integrations across HR, Legal, and Shared Services platforms.
This is a hands-on senior engineering role focused on AI/GenAI implementation, agentic workflows, enterprise integrations, and modernization initiatives using AWS, .NET, and modern DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-enabled enterprise applications and automation solutions
- Build and integrate GenAI and agentic AI workflows into business platforms
- Develop scalable APIs, cloud-native services, and enterprise integrations
- Deliver AI-driven solutions across HR, Legal, compliance, and shared services operations
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation
- Support analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams on platform modernization
- Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams on AI adoption and best practices
Key Requirements
- 5 years of software engineering experience with end-to-end solution ownership
- Hands-on experience implementing AI/GenAI solutions and automation workflows
- Strong cloud engineering experience with AWS (GCP exposure beneficial)
- Experience with API integrations and service-oriented architectures
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Agile delivery
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Strong .NET / C# development experience
- Experience building agentic AI or advanced AI automation systems
- Experience with AWS Lambda, Glue, or cloud-native serverless tools
- Tableau or analytics/dashboarding experience
- Experience in regulated enterprise environments (compliance/audit-heavy)
- Experience applying AI to HR, legal, or operational business processes
