Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Secure renewals of existing customer contracts to maintain and grow recurring revenue streams
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing alignment with customer needs and business objectives
- Develop and present customized solutions across business services such as voice, connectivity, and enterprise-grade products
- Act as the primary escalation point for customer concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Manage the full sales lifecycle for enterprise and mid-market accounts, from opportunity identification through delivery
