Our Client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Application Delivery Intern to join their Global Infrastructure Services team. This team is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure systems, core software platforms, and automation processes.
This internship offers hands‑on experience with modern technologies, including application virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems, while providing exposure to real‑world business workflows.
As an intern, you will support the application delivery and business systems team in planning, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise platforms. You will work with technologies such as virtualization environments, networking, and security systems, while gaining valuable experience across multiple IT domains. This is a hybrid internship opportunity, combining remote work with onsite exposure, and offers both part‑time (during academic terms) and full‑time (during summer) schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day‑to‑day operations and support of IT infrastructure and application delivery systems.
- Collaborate with experienced team members to gain hands‑on experience and progressively take on more responsibilities.
- Support virtualization platforms, system configurations, and enterprise applications.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Contribute to ongoing maintenance and optimization of infrastructure environments.
- Engage in learning and development activities through mentorship and structured guidance.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge or interest in:
- Windows and Linux operating systems
- Virtualization technologies
- Active Directory and system administration concepts
- IT security practices and software lifecycle management
- Experience or familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Exposure to scripting or programming (e.g., PowerShell, Python, VB Script) is a plus.
- Curiosity and interest in applying technology to solve real‑world business challenges.
