Senior Supply Chain Coordinator | Grain & Agribusiness Operations | Hybrid
A leading global agribusiness organization is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Coordinator to support end-to-end grain contract execution and supply chain operations within a fast-paced commercial environment.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth order fulfillment, shipment coordination, customer service, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration across commercial, logistics, transportation, finance, and operations teams.
About the Role
As a Senior Supply Chain Coordinator, you will manage the execution lifecycle of grain purchase and sales contracts, ensuring accurate shipment processing, documentation, settlement support, and issue resolution.
You will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders to optimize supply chain performance, improve service levels, and drive process improvements across order management operations.
Key Responsibilities
Order & Shipment Execution
- Manage the full order lifecycle including setup, shipment coordination, tracking, documentation, and settlement support
- Execute and monitor shipments within ERP systems to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
- Coordinate with transportation, terminal operations, finance, credit, tax, accounting, and commercial teams
Customer & Operational Support
- Resolve customer issues, shipment exceptions, and supply gaps proactively
- Support merchandisers and operational teams to ensure smooth contract fulfillment
- Escalate operational risks or service concerns where required
Process Improvement & Analytics
- Track and report on KPIs including OTIF (On Time In Full), order accuracy, and service performance
- Identify operational bottlenecks and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements across supply chain processes
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with documentation, risk, and credit requirements
- Support accurate contract execution and settlement processes
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, order management, or operations
- Strong coordination and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with ERP systems and managing multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Agriculture, or a related field
- Experience within grain, agriculture, commodities, or agribusiness environments
- Knowledge of transportation, contract execution, and settlements
- Exposure to KPI reporting, process optimization, or automation initiatives
