Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is looking a Senior Quality Analyst to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor, track, and evaluate performance metrics and outcomes for healthcare improvement projects
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to drive continuous quality improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to achieve organizational goals
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities and deadlines
• Develop and present reports and insights using written, visual, and verbal communication
• Perform quantitative data analysis and manage information using Microsoft Access and other databases
• Ensure responsible use of organizational resources and maintain high standards for data accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Effective collaborator with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
