International is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our San Antonio Manufacturing Plant, where we build Class 6-8 commercial trucks and electric vehicles using advanced technology and connected manufacturing. This is an onsite role relocation assistance is not available.
In this role, you’ll help strengthen quality across our manufacturing processes by analyzing data, identifying trends, solving complex quality issues, and driving corrective actions and continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead root cause investigations, share best practices, and serve as a trusted quality resource across the operation.

We’re looking for a proactive problem-solver with strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with manufacturing, GD&T and blueprints, 8D, SPC, statistical analysis, quality systems, KPI reporting, Power BI, and Microsoft Office is highly valued.
To qualify, you’ll need a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of Engineering and Quality Assurance experience OR a master’s degree with no experience required, OR at least three years of Engineering and Quality Assurance experience.
