The Role
This role supports end-to-end optimization of the vehicle lifecycle—from sourcing and purchasing to reconditioning and logistics. As a
Senior Analyst
, you'll partner closely with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to deliver insights that shape supply chain strategy and execution.
Depending on the focus area, the role may lean more toward
product analytics
or
operational analytics
, with ownership across one of the following domains:
- Consumer vehicle acquisition (digital & omnichannel)
- B2B supply and auction strategy
- Merchandising and buying operations
- Network logistics and transportation optimization
- Vehicle reconditioning and service operations
What You'll Do
- Act as a strategic analytics partner to product managers or field operations leaders
- Design and analyze experiments to evaluate product changes or operational improvements
- Build and enhance analytical tools including models, reports, and dashboards
- Monitor performance trends and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Support both strategic planning and day-to-day decision-making across the supply chain
What You Bring
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
- Experience conducting large-scale data analysis to support business conclusions
- Willingness to build proficiency in tools such as
SQL, Power BI, or Tableau - Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly to diverse audiences
