I am currently representing a premier national insurance carrier seeking a talented professional to join their retirement services division. This role is based in either Stevens Point or Madison, Wisconsin, and operates under a hybrid schedule featuring three days in the office and two days of remote flexibility.
My client is looking for a specialist to drive the success of their 401k product offerings. This position is open at two levels, Analyst or Senior Analyst, depending on your professional background and depth of expertise. In this role, you will act as a vital technical resource, bridging the gap between product development and sales execution to ensure long term growth and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert for internal sales producers and management regarding retirement products and marketing initiatives.
Analyze market trends and competitor data to identify opportunities for new product features and service enhancements.
Manage and coordinate departmental projects to ensure they are completed within scope and on schedule.
Generate detailed reports on sales activity and participant engagement to improve the overall customer journey.
Assist retirement plan participants with technical processes such as rollover requests.
Provide field support by delivering technical information on plan design and investment options for new business opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor degree or an equivalent amount of professional experience.
A minimum of two to five years of experience within the 401k or retirement services industry.
Strong background in retirement product development and project management.
Familiarity with the sales cycle and business to business communication strategies.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex technical information to various stakeholders.
Relevant industry certifications such as CPFA, QKA, PMP, or similar credentials are highly valued.
