Job Title: Corporate Industrial Recruiter

Our Client is looking to hire a Corporate Industrial Recruiter to lead and execute end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives across industrial and corporate functions. This role plays a critical part in building strong talent pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and supporting business growth through strategic hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding through an HRIS platform
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, forecasts, and priorities
- Execute recruitment strategies using a blend of employer branding, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, social media, and internal talent mapping
- Leverage both traditional and innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage top talent
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through proactive communication and relationship management
- Support and guide recruiting teams on strategic hiring initiatives, including startup or high-volume hiring activities
- Coach interview teams on structured, competency-based interviewing techniques
- Build external partnerships with technical institutions, professional associations, diversity organizations, and educational bodies to strengthen talent pipelines
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with record retention standards
- Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement across the talent acquisition function
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proven relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using social media and digital tools for recruiting
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience sourcing talent through online databases and digital platforms
- Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach
