Our Client is looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to drive strategic initiatives, lead cross‑functional collaboration, and shape the future direction of key products and partnerships.
This is a hybrid position requiring an on-site presence 3 to 4 days per week. Please note that the number of days on-site can increase based on business needs
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic partnerships, acting as a trusted relationship leader with strong technical insight.
- Define product strategy, build comprehensive roadmaps, and anticipate market or business shifts to guide long-term direction.
- Deliver impactful products aligned with roadmap commitments, ensuring measurable outcomes and performance.
- Identify new product opportunities, validate concepts, and support technology integrations by collaborating with internal and external teams.
- Maintain a holistic view of how multiple product teams operate together, proactively surfacing dependencies and ensuring smooth coordination.
- Align diverse stakeholders around strategic objectives, fostering transparency from planning through execution.
- Create communication materials that increase visibility and alignment across key groups. Deliver clear updates tailored to various business functions and communication styles.
- Provide feedback on product deliverables and mentor junior team members to support their professional development.
- Stay active in the broader Product Management community to remain informed on industry trends and best practices.
- Perform additional related responsibilities as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management, business consulting, or related roles.
- Proven experience working within agile development teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in product management, consulting, or similar domains.
- Background working in fast‑paced or start‑up environments.
