  • Information Management: Collect, update, and analyse HR information, maintain records, compile feedback, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure information is complete and accurate.
  • Meeting and Event Support: Organise and coordinate HR meetings, virtual conferences, training sessions, employee inductions, and other departmental events.
  • General HR Administration: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team and undertake additional responsibilities appropriate to the role as required.

Relevant Experience

  • Approximately two to three years of experience in human resources administration, recruitment, employee relations, or a similar people-focused role.

  • A sound understanding of HR procedures and a willingness to develop knowledge of relevant employment legislation and workplace policies.
  • The ability to interpret written guidance, follow established processes, and identify areas requiring further attention.
  • Strong attention to detail when maintaining employee records, managing documentation, and handling numerical information.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues and contribute to practical solutions.
  • The ability to manage multiple assignments in a busy environment while responding professionally to interruptions and changing priorities.
  • Confidence in supporting staff training, delivering presentations, and assisting with group activities.
  • Competence in using computers and standard office applications, particularly word processing, spreadsheets, email, and presentation software.
  • The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
