A manufacturing organization in the cement and building materials sector is seeking a recent Electrical Engineering graduate to support plant electrical maintenance, automation, and control system operations. The role combines hands-on engineering responsibilities with participation in a structured 14-month graduate development program focused on cement manufacturing operations and plant systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support plant-wide electrical maintenance and control system activities.
- Coordinate and supervise electrical and instrumentation technicians on daily maintenance work and projects.
- Maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical equipment and systems.
- Conduct inspections, analyze equipment performance data, assess operational risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation for electrical schematics, compliance records, and spare parts inventory.
- Support PLC and process control systems through troubleshooting, programming updates, and system optimization.
- Assist with process improvement and reliability initiatives related to electrical and automation systems.
