Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Enterprise Finance Analyst to support accounting, reporting, compliance, and financial process development within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes in compliance with accounting standards
- Assist in the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Generate standard and ad hoc reports through ERP systems
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of accounting processes
- Track and account for manufacturing-related incentive programs
- Collaborate with operational teams to collect and validate required data
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and documentation requirements
- Partner with tax teams to provide data for tax determination and compliance
- Support sales and use tax processes, vendor tax matters, and exemptions
- Assist with property tax and customs-related activities
- Provide guidance on tax implications during procurement processes
- Analyze large datasets to support reporting and business decisions
- Maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures
- Support reporting related to supplier performance and contractual metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and corporate stakeholders
- Serve as a key point of contact for finance-related queries and guidance
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA, or CIA preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Alteryx is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment
