Our Client is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager / Senior Financial Analyst to lead financial planning, analysis, and profitability improvement initiatives. This role plays a critical part in delivering insights that influence key business decisions and drive overall financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial oversight and support for major programs, projects, and business initiatives
- Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and key profitability drivers
- Evaluate revenue, margins, expenses, and working capital to uncover opportunities for improvement
- Identify underperforming areas (e.g., customers, vendors, or cost centers) and recommend corrective actions
- Support the development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Deliver accurate financial forecasting and ensure alignment with business strategies and initiatives
- Produce financial reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting key insights and performance metrics
- Conduct detailed variance analysis against prior periods and planned targets
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and optimize financial outcomes
