**The Opportunity:**
I am currently seeking a creative and high-energy **Multimedia Specialist** to join the marketing team of a premier regional entertainment and attractions destination. This is a dream role for a visual storyteller who wants to spend their workday capturing the excitement of a fast-paced environment and turning it into viral-worthy digital content.
As the voice behind the lens, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of assets for social media, email campaigns, the company website, and mobile platforms. My client is looking for a self-starter who can take a concept from a brainstorming session all the way through filming and post-production.
**Core Responsibilities:**
* **Content Creation:** Script, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photography that showcases the guest experience.
* **Graphic Design:** Create static visual assets for newsletters, on-site signage, and digital advertisements.
* **Storytelling:** Work with various departments to uncover unique "behind-the-scenes" stories that resonate with a broad audience.
* **Event Coverage:** Provide live coverage of onsite events, festivals, and park milestones.
* **Media Management:** Maintain the digital asset library and manage all production equipment (cameras, lighting, and audio gear).
* **Post-Production:** Handle color correction, sound mixing, and formatting for various platform requirements.
**Who You Are:**
* **A Content Pro:** You are proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects).
* **Technical:** You have hands-on experience with DSLR cameras and GoPros. Drone experience is a significant plus.
* **Versatile:** You have strong writing skills for blogs and social captions, paired with a great ear for music and audio pacing.
* **Flexible:** You thrive in a dynamic environment and are willing to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends/holidays) to capture the action when it happens.
* **Education:** Ideally, you are a junior or senior in college (or a recent grad) focusing on Film, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
