Our Client is seeking a Director - Enterprise Strategy & Business Development to drive enterprise strategy and business development initiatives. This role is responsible for shaping organizational growth, leading high-impact strategic projects, and delivering actionable insights that strengthen competitive positioning in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise strategic planning initiatives using a hypothesis-driven approach to solve complex business challenges.
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with market trends, organizational priorities, and long-term growth objectives.
- Oversee a team responsible for delivering high-quality quantitative and qualitative analyses to support business planning and decision-making.
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and new market expansions.
- Drive development of regulatory strategies and critical applications, supporting competitive positioning in the marketplace.
- Present strategic recommendations and insights to executive leadership, translating complex data into clear actions.
- Analyze service line performance to identify improvement opportunities, enhance profitability, and increase market share.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including clinical, operational, and administrative teams to drive initiatives forward.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in healthcare strategy, consulting, or business development within health systems, provider groups, or similar environments.
- 5–7 years of leadership experience managing teams and strategic initiatives.
