About the Role
As Senior Director of Design & Advanced Development, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary creative and engineering team responsible for developing groundbreaking ideas that define the future of our product portfolio. Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Industrial Design, Product Design Engineering, or a related discipline that combines technical expertise with creative vision.
- 10 years of experience in product design and development, ideally within high-volume consumer goods or technology-driven industries.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates concept-to-market impact, design storytelling, and successful commercialization.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring creative teams and developing top design talent.
- Hands-on ability to visualize and communicate design intent through sketches, 3D models, and physical mock-ups.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing methods such as injection molding, casting, and sheet metal fabrication.
- Technical proficiency with SolidWorks, Creo, KeyShot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A passion for building great products that merge form, function, and emotional connection.
