About the role
An opportunity to join a global agribusiness organisation within its Supply Chain Planning & Execution team, supporting the Crop Nutrients (fertiliser) product line.
This role is ideal for a highly analytical demand planning professional who can combine forecasting expertise, data analytics, and strong business storytelling to improve S&OP performance and decision-making across global markets.
You will play a key role in shaping demand forecasts, scenario planning, and cross-functional alignment across supply chain, trading, operations, and finance.
Key responsibilities
- Own and lead the monthly demand planning cycle for assigned regions, ensuring risks and opportunities are clearly identified
- Develop and maintain advanced demand forecasting and scenario models integrating market, trading, operational, and historical data
- Build analytical tools, dashboards, and planning templates to improve visibility and planning efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align assumptions, demand inputs, and supply chain planning decisions
- Support strategic planning, including investment cases and growth opportunity analysis
- Strengthen S&OP processes through consistent, data-driven planning discipline
- Translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with analytics teams to improve forecasting methodologies and data quality
What you bring
- 4 years’ experience in supply chain, S&OP, finance, trading, operations, or similar analytical roles
- Strong demand planning and forecasting expertise
- Advanced analytical and modelling skills with large, complex datasets
- Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Dataiku, Snowflake (preferred)
- Strong business acumen with ability to connect data to commercial decisions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple planning cycles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Statistics or related field (preferred)
