Position Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience supporting a well-established energy brand through a broad range of marketing initiatives. The selected candidate will assist with digital campaigns, social media content, marketing coordination, internal communications, and performance analysis. The role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate digital and social media content for marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, including newsletters, promotional materials, customer communications, and campaign support.
- Work with external partners such as design agencies, printers, advertising vendors, and promotional suppliers.
- Help maintain marketing documentation, workflows, and communication processes that support the sales organization.
- Track and manage assigned projects independently while meeting deadlines.
- Provide responsive support to internal teams and customers when needed.
- Follow all workplace safety, environmental, and compliance procedures applicable to the role.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Anticipated graduation date in Spring or Summer 2026.
- Must reside in Minnesota and be available for a hybrid work arrangement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Coursework or experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, journalism, communications, or related disciplines.
- Strong written communication abilities and enthusiasm for content creation.
- Experience designing visual materials, presentations, or data-driven reports is beneficial.
