About the role
The Controller provides financial control, reporting, analysis, and oversight for cement operations. This role supports the regional management structure by delivering accurate financial results and analysis to enable informed decision-making, while ensuring compliance with company and statutory financial guidelines.
What you will accomplish
- Prepare financial and operational reports and analysis to support business decision-making
- Provide financial advice and insight to business unit and executive management
- Collect, analyze, and compile accounting data for monthly reporting
- Coordinate and manage budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
- Support corporate finance initiatives to improve processes and systems
- Provide data for corporate-level analysis and benchmarking
- Develop and maintain financial and operational plans and reports
- Implement control systems to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Train management and staff on financial processes and business impact
- Drive cost control and reduction initiatives and address variances
- Act as deputy for the Regional Controller when required
- Promote and comply with health, safety, and environmental policies
What we are looking for
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Field of study: Accounting or Finance preferred
Experience: 5–7 years, ideally in construction or manufacturing (cost accounting is a plus)
Technical skills:
- MS Office (required)
- SAP, BPC, Oracle/JDE, Google Suite (strongly preferred)

- Strong technical accounting knowledge
