Client Experience Consultant – Sponsorships
Location: Rhode Island (Hybrid)
Estimated Salary Range: $103,040 – $148,100
About the Role
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Client Experience Consultant – Sponsorships to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of premium sports sponsorship hospitality programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-touch, white-glove environments and has experience delivering exceptional client experiences for senior executives and key stakeholders.
You will work closely with cross-functional partners to align sponsorship hospitality initiatives with broader business objectives, while managing complex events across multiple regions. This role involves significant interaction with C-suite clients and requires strong leadership, project management, and relationship-building skills.
Experience working with major sports leagues and teams (e.g., PGA, WNBA, MLB or similar) is highly desirable.
Work Model & Travel
- Full-time role based in Rhode Island
- Hybrid setup with 1–2 remote days per week (based on business needs)
- Up to 40% domestic and international travel
Key Responsibilities
- Support sponsorship leadership in strategic planning, program development, execution, and performance measurement
- Design and oversee premium sponsorship hospitality and event programs across North America, EMEA, and APAC (with agency support)
- Manage all aspects of event planning, including vendors, venues, hotels, catering, entertainment, transportation, guest lists, gifting, production, and budgets
- Partner with Client Services and Sales teams to identify the right clients and prospects for each sponsorship experience
- Lead on-site event execution, ensuring flawless delivery, guest experience, and issue resolution
- Deliver high-impact hospitality programs that exceed client, partner, and stakeholder expectations
- Own budget development, tracking, reconciliation, and financial accountability
- Conduct post-event evaluations and ROI reporting
- Serve as a subject matter expert in corporate hospitality, sponsorship activation, and executive hosting
- Build strong internal relationships to ensure alignment, collaboration, and strategic use of resources
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and quality control across all deliverables for senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Sports Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in sponsorship, hospitality, sports marketing, or event management within a corporate or agency environment
Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of sponsorship strategy, hospitality programming, and event execution
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-region programs with tight timelines and budgets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management capabilities
- Demonstrated project management expertise
- Experience delivering integrated programs with measurable outcomes and ROI
- High level of professionalism and comfort engaging with senior leadership
- Proficiency with event management and collaboration tools (e.g., Cvent, Microsoft Teams, virtual event platforms)

Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $103,040 – $148,100, dependent on experience and qualifications.
