What You’ll Do
- Deliver measurable improvements to business processes aligned with global operational goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, technology partners, and external vendors, to solve complex business challenges from concept through execution
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency
- Perform root-cause analysis to define problems, assess current-state processes, and develop actionable improvement plans
- Facilitate process redesign and re-engineering sessions with end users
- Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks to create, refine, and test user stories, and provide post-launch support during production stabilization
- Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders, leadership, and users throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain thorough documentation for business processes, requirements, and project plans
What You Bring
- 3 years of experience in business process analysis, operations analysis, or a similar role
- Proven experience working with management and senior leaders
- Hands-on experience leading process improvement initiatives across multiple teams
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools such as Visio or equivalent
- Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools like Jira or Confluence
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies
