Our client is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner who is passionate about supporting people, strengthening culture, and helping leaders drive performance. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with business and HR leadership to deliver strategies that enhance engagement, talent development, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and supervisors on HR-related needs
- Partner with the HRBP on employee relations matters and support positive resolution outcomes
- Contribute to culture-building initiatives that enhance engagement and recognition
- Support hiring needs for hourly and select salaried roles, ensuring a strong workforce pipeline
- Deliver exceptional onboarding experiences and help optimize retention programs
- Assist leaders with performance and merit processes, coaching best practices along the way
- Facilitate training and development efforts, including compliance and leadership programs
- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits policies to employees and managers
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and organizational standards across operations
- Maintain HR data accuracy, generate insights through HR metrics, and recommend process improvements
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce priorities and support strategic initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of HR experience, ideally in manufacturing, logistics, or similar fast-paced environments
- Experience supporting both hourly and salaried teams
- Working knowledge of employee relations, compliance, hiring, and HR operations
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, UKG) and Microsoft Office
Preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
- Exposure to labor relations environments
