We are currently hiring a full-time Store Manager to oversee the operations and sales of our boutique. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in retail sales and customer service who is ready to take on a leadership position and lead a team.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Exceptional Service: Ensure every customer feels valued and appreciated.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain a positive shopping experience.
Sales
- Sales Targets: Drive sales to meet and exceed set targets.
- Sales Strategies: Implement effective sales strategies and motivate the team to achieve individual and store-wide goals.
- Manage labor costs vs sales
Team Leadership
- Lead and Inspire: Lead, manage, and inspire the store team.
- Training and Feedback: Conduct regular training sessions, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive work environment.
Inventory Management
- Stock Levels: Oversee inventory levels and ensure the store is well-stocked with current merchandise.
- Audits and Organization: Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stockroom organization.
Visual Merchandising
- Merchandise Displays: Maintain visually appealing and effective merchandise displays that reflect the brand's style and attract customers.
Operational Tasks
- Daily Operations: Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring store safety and cleanliness.
