We are currently hiring a full-time Store Manager to oversee the operations and sales of our boutique. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in retail sales and customer service who is ready to take on a leadership position and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Exceptional Service: Ensure every customer feels valued and appreciated.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain a positive shopping experience.

Sales

  • Sales Targets: Drive sales to meet and exceed set targets.
  • Sales Strategies: Implement effective sales strategies and motivate the team to achieve individual and store-wide goals.
  • Manage labor costs vs sales

Team Leadership

  • Lead and Inspire: Lead, manage, and inspire the store team.
  • Training and Feedback: Conduct regular training sessions, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive work environment.

Inventory Management

  • Stock Levels: Oversee inventory levels and ensure the store is well-stocked with current merchandise.
  • Audits and Organization: Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stockroom organization.

Visual Merchandising

  • Merchandise Displays: Maintain visually appealing and effective merchandise displays that reflect the brand's style and attract customers.

Operational Tasks

  • Daily Operations: Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring store safety and cleanliness.

Reporting

  • Data Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and inventory data to make informed decisions for improving store performance.

Community Engagement

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships within the local community to drive foot traffic and build a loyal customer base.

Qualifications

  • Retail Experience: Proven experience in retail sales and customer service.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales Achievement: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations effectively.
  • Fashion Passion: Passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software.

Pay: $41, $50,000.00 per year
