Retail Key Holder- SOT. Boutique

Location: Tulsa, OK

Job Type: Part-Time, 20-25 hours per week. Day and Evening shifts available. Weekend availability is a must! (because weekends are for slaying sales!).

Pay: $14/hour for the right candidate who lives and breathes fashion!

The Role:

We’re looking for a Retail Keyholder to be the heartbeat of our boutique. You’ll open and close the store, lead by example on the floor, and keep our vibe on point—whether it’s styling customers or hyping our latest drops. This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to grow with a boutique that’s redefining affordable fashion.

What You’ll Do:

• Open and close the store like a pro—handle cash, alarms, and daily checklists.
• Assist customers with a smile—help them find the perfect piece.
• Keep the store looking sharp—restock, organize, and stage displays that pop.
• Support our SOT Designer Drops launch—set up pop-up racks, push weekly drops, and create buzz.
• Handle hiccups and keep sales flowing.
• Ring up sales and keep our POS humming.

Who You Are:

• You’ve got 1 years in retail (bonus if it’s fashion or boutique experience).
• You’re obsessed with style—trends, brands, and making customers feel fabulous.
• You’re reliable—punctual, trustworthy, and cool under pressure.
• You’ve got a knack for leadership—motivating a small team is second nature.
• Bonus: You’ve handled keys or cash before (not a dealbreaker—we’ll train the right fit).
