This position is key to our success in Ft. Lauderdale. Everything will revolve around you - the team, the clients, and the city's growth. We are looking for a leader with a growth mindset who wants to be a pivotal part of a fast-growing company.

2. You are a confident consultant. You can perform in-home assessments, actively listen to a client's needs, present the perfect package, and gracefully address any concerns.
3. You are a supportive leader. You can hire, train, and manage other professional organizers in a way that makes everyone feel excited and proud to be part of the team.
About Us:
At Sorted Sparrow, we transform cluttered homes into beautifully organized spaces for our clients to love and enjoy. We specialize in completing projects quickly with energetic and friendly teams of 2 - 6 organizers.
Experience:
Must have experience in sales, organizing, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home assessments to sell organizing packages.
- Oversee project scheduling and ensure smooth execution of client projects.
- Hire, onboard, train, and manage a high-performing team of organizers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.
