This is a full-time, on-site Organizer role based in Hollywood, FL. The Organizer will be responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies to engage trade professionals, building and maintaining relationships with members, and promoting the benefits of the organization's programs. Daily tasks include planning and attending events, conducting organizational and educational meetings, and assisting in coordinating union activities. Additional duties involve collaborating with leadership to support recruitment and retention efforts while upholding the values of the institute.

• Strong organizational and planning skills, with an ability to manage events and coordinate multiple activities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with members and promoting program benefits.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also managing individual responsibilities independently.
• Experience with community outreach and advocacy is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic administrative and computer skills to maintain records and manage schedules effectively.
• Knowledge or experience in the finishing trades industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
