Summary of Role
As a trimmer, this position is responsible for efficiently performing quality trimming to prepare cannabis for sale.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Trim Cannabis Flower to meet Quality Standard.
- Apply trimming Knowledge/Experience
- Maintain Productivity and Efficiency
- Ability to trim at least 700 grams per day
Qualification Requirements
- Ability to move from one task to another with efficiency.
- Ability to focus on a physical task for long periods of time
- Ability to listen carefully and follow directions
- Ability to sit/stand for 8 hours
- Ability to trim for 8 hours and have above average hand-dexterity.
- Ability to adapt to changes in strains, direction, and quality of cannabis
- Possesses excellent attention to detail
- Possesses excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must always remain attentive to unpredictable changes and quality control issues
- Must be able to carefully and safely handle sharp garden shears/scissors.
- Manage time efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality product
- Sanitation & cleanup of all processing areas throughout the day
- Use independent judgment in regards to product processing, keeping quality and goals in mind
- Help create a positive environment by having a positive attitude and by being self-motivated
- Must be able to carefully and safely handle sharp garden shears/scissors.
Physical Demands
Must be able to see, hear, talk, sit, walk, push, pull, twist, lift, squat, climb a ladder, and stand for prolonged periods. Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-35lbs regularly.
